As NCCL finished the final touches for the turn-over of the airport runway at FOB Salerno, contracting officer Nathan Taylor of RCC Salerno wrote a letter describing the accomplishment of constructing an airport where other companies said it could not be built. He ended the letter with a statement that will surely become part of NCCL’s culture of quality. Taylor wrote the words, “Admirably completed!” Company CEO A. R. Nazari had the words painted on wall in the company lobby -  underneath, Project Manager Farid Aryan proudly painted, “And delivered on time!”
